Free, Eclectic, Live Music The next Music in the Parks concert will feature Son De Rey with La Guerrilla from 4:30-6:30 pm on Wed, April 4 at the Dove Springs Recreation Center, 5801 Ainez Drive.

Son De Rey, one of Austin’s well-known Latin groups that combines Cumbia, Salsa and Tejano rhythms to craft their distinctive vibrant sounds, generates high energy performances filled with plenty of dancing. The Music in the Parks series is a year-long concert series that provides free, live and diverse concerts to Austin’s music-loving community in parks citywide. Coordinated by the City's Music Division and Parks Department, the Music in the Parks series presents an eclectic range of genres, including conjunto, folk, soul, rock and country performances in park settings within Austin neighborhoods. Performances are free and appropriate for the whole family. All are welcome and invited to attend.
