A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas opens Nov 4th



I did not get the opportunity to see this film before it opened in theaters, but Mark Saldana certainly did and you can read his review on www.trueviewreviews.net.

I was going to give it a shot on opening weekend, that is until I found out that the "early bird special" of $6 has a $3.50 additional fee to see it because it is in 3D. I went somewhere else instead to use the $9.50, as I did not want to spend that much after reading Mark's review.

This will have to wait until it goes to the Round Rock Movies 8 theater.

Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos Celebration November 2nd

Manuel's Downtown is host to the Dia de los Muertos Celebration on Wednesday, November 2nd on South Congress, with a benefit for Mexic Arte Museum also located in downtown Austin.
The celebration is from 4-6 pm and there will be alter viewing uniquely set up for Steve Jobs, with special drinks and 1/2 price appetizers.

Fishbone at Emo's on October 27th
